Fleet Manager


Job description

  • Manage and supervise the local fleet logistics team.

  • Monitor your team's daily KPIs and performance and develop ways to improve their efficiency.

  • Manage team schedule, and attendance while supporting daily operations through operational supervision and analysis of KPIs

  • Recruit, train, and onboard the last mile logistics fleet of bikes.

  • Be responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies to improve the performance of the fleet.

  • Be responsible for all documentation and day to day coordination of the fleet.

  • Be there for the fleet when they need support on the ground or have issues to be solved.

  • Communicate effectively with the Head of Operations on reporting issues and feedback and implement the right processes to improve delivery time and efficiency of the fleet.

  • Maintenance and analysis of day to day reports and information on fleet’s operational needs, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

  • Active collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing, repair, and inspection.

Job requirements

  • Have 3+ years of previous experience in fleet management/logistics/transportation.

  • Good communicator with the ability and agility to solve problems

  • Being highly motivated to work for a fast-growing startup

  • Discipline, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.

  • Proficiency with Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic

  • Enjoy learning and adapting to new technologies

  • Have initiative, be proactive and autonomous

  • Driving license mandatory
